Website development is the process of turning a website design into a working site. It covers front-end code for layout and interaction, back-end logic, content management system setup, integrations with tools such as CRMs and analytics, performance optimization, security, testing across browsers and devices, and deploying the site to a live hosting environment.
We build websites that load quickly, stay stable and can be edited by your team without a developer on call. After the free strategy call and written growth map, we review the designs, content and tools you already use, then choose the right platform, usually WordPress or another CMS your team can manage. The build uses clean, reusable components that match the Figma designs, with editable content fields instead of hard-coded text. We connect forms to your CRM or email tool, set up analytics and conversion events, and handle redirects so you do not lose existing search traffic. Every site goes through structured QA on real browsers and devices, including speed, accessibility and form testing, before our launch checklist. Because our marketing team will use the tracking we set up, we check that the data is accurate from day one, and the two weeks of post-launch support cover any issues that real traffic reveals.
We review designs, content, integrations and hosting, then recommend a platform and architecture that fits your team's skills, your budget and how often the site needs to change.
Responsive, component-based code that matches the approved designs closely, with attention to accessibility, clean markup and interactions that behave consistently across modern browsers and devices.
An editing setup with flexible content blocks and clear field labels, plus a recorded walkthrough so your team can publish pages, posts and updates confidently on their own.
Forms connected to your CRM or email platform, analytics and conversion events configured and tested, and third-party tools such as booking or chat added without slowing the site.
Optimized images, caching, lean scripts and good Core Web Vitals, plus clean URLs, metadata, sitemaps, schema markup and redirects so existing search rankings carry over safely.
Structured testing across browsers, devices and screen sizes, form and link checks, and a launch checklist covering DNS, SSL, backups and monitoring so go-live day is uneventful.
After the strategy call and growth map, we review designs and content, confirm the platform, hosting and integrations, and share a build plan with milestones and staging review dates.
We develop the site on a private staging environment, building components first and then pages, so you can review progress on a real URL rather than static screenshots.
We run QA on browsers, devices, speed, accessibility and forms, fix the issues found, load your final content, and confirm tracking events fire correctly before sign-off.
We follow the launch checklist, move the site live with redirects in place, monitor for errors and traffic changes, and support the site for two weeks after launch.
What changes in the work depending on the market you sell into.
For tech companies, website development often means integrating product signups, documentation, changelogs and pricing logic, while keeping marketing pages fast and editable without involving the product engineering team.
Financial websites need secure forms, careful handling of sensitive data, reliable calculators and disclosure management, plus strict control over third-party scripts to satisfy security reviews and compliance teams.
Healthcare sites require secure appointment and intake integrations, accessibility built into the code, and caution with tracking tools and forms so the build stays consistent with your privacy obligations.
Retail development covers ecommerce platforms, product catalogs, payment and shipping integrations and inventory syncing, with speed and checkout reliability tested ahead of seasonal traffic peaks.
Real estate development means listing feeds, search filters, maps and lead capture tied to your CRM, built so new properties appear automatically and pages load quickly with large photo galleries.
Hospitality sites depend on booking engines, reservation tools, menus and event calendars, so development focuses on reliable integrations, mobile speed and letting staff update offers without a developer.
Manufacturing sites often need large product databases, spec sheet downloads, distributor locators and quote forms, built so product teams can update thousands of items without breaking layouts.
Logistics websites need quote calculators, customer portal links, tracking integrations and location pages, developed to handle detailed forms reliably and route requests to the right sales team.
Life sciences websites need secure investor and partner areas, publication and pipeline pages that scientific teams can update, and careful review workflows so regulated claims are approved before publishing.
Education sites need course catalogs, application forms, event calendars and integrations with student systems, built to cope with heavy traffic near deadlines and edited by several departments.
Media websites need fast article templates, ad placements that do not wreck performance, subscription and paywall integrations, and publishing workflows that handle high content volume every day.
Energy websites often need savings calculators, service area checks, project maps and lead routing to regional teams, all built to stay fast and accurate as programs and incentives change.
Government websites must meet accessibility standards, remain secure and stable under demand spikes, support multiple languages, and give non-technical staff a CMS that enforces consistent, accessible content.
Straight answers to what founders ask us before starting.
Our website development projects start around $5,000 for a focused marketing site built from existing designs. Sites with many templates, custom features, ecommerce or large content migrations usually fall in the $15k–$40k band. The main cost drivers are template count, integrations and migration work. We fix the price after the free strategy call.
We most often build on WordPress because it is flexible and easy for teams to edit, but we recommend the platform based on your needs. Factors include who will update the site, how often content changes, integrations and budget. The recommendation is part of our technical planning, and we explain the tradeoffs before you commit.
Yes. We regularly build from Figma files created by in-house teams or other designers. We review the designs first for missing states, mobile layouts and technical issues, flag anything that needs a decision, and then build closely to the files. If gaps appear, our designers can fill them so the build is not delayed.
You should not if the migration is handled carefully. We map every existing URL to its new location with redirects, keep or improve page titles and content, and check indexing after launch. Some fluctuation in the first weeks is normal. Most ranking losses after relaunches come from missing redirects, which is why we treat them as a core task.
We aim for fast load times and good Core Web Vitals scores on mobile, using optimized images, caching, lean code and careful handling of third-party scripts. Exact speed depends on hosting and the tools you add, such as chat widgets or trackers. We test performance before launch and tell you what affects it.
Yes. Every project includes two weeks of post-launch support to fix issues found under real traffic. After that, you can manage the site yourself using the CMS training we provide, or choose a monthly retainer covering updates, backups, security monitoring, small changes and ongoing improvements based on analytics.
